or downloading our plugins, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or plugins.

SlurpyWP is part of Slurpy Studios. We develop WordPress plugins to help bloggers, developers, and businesses enhance their websites.

2. Use of Our Plugins

  • Our plugins are released under the GNU General Public License (GPL-2.0 or later), unless otherwise stated.
  • You may use, share, and modify them within the terms of that license.
  • Paid or “Pro” versions may include additional license terms shown at the time of purchase.

3. Support

  • We provide support on a reasonable efforts basis only.
  • We aim to reply within 48 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
  • We cannot guarantee resolution of all issues; certain assistance may require a paid license for Pro versions.

4. Liability

Our website and plugins are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied,
including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages,
including (without limitation) data loss, site downtime, or loss of revenue/business.
You are responsible for testing plugins and maintaining adequate backups.

5. Acceptable Use of Our Website

  • Do not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or overload our site.
  • Do not misuse contact or support forms (e.g., spam, harmful content).
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, databases, or systems.

6. Payments (for future Pro versions)

  • For any Pro/paid plugins, payment terms, refunds, and licensing will be shown at checkout.
  • Unless stated otherwise, all prices are in GBP (£).

jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
